TEA SANDWICHES - RECIPE BY AIMEE OSEYR

Spa-GO's recently performed for a party in West Hills, California.  I had the best little tea sandwhiches which Aimee, the mother of the birthday girl, hand rolled and seasoned.

RECIPE:  You roll out a piece of bread (crust removed) and spread it with your filling - roll up like a cigar and refrigerate.  Slice and serve.

I recreated her recipe using

Turkey and Brie with Spiced Pear and Mustard/Mayo - YUM
Pink Cream Cheese With Sprinkled Blueberries - YUM
Chicken Mango Salad - YUM

She served them with fruit, vegetables and organic teas from Teavana.
